Mega-50Hz Controller
The welding controllers of the Mega series have been developed for the range of resistance welding. Resulting from the universal construction and various possibilities for adaptation the following fields of operation can be covered with the standard configuration:
– Single spot welding
– Multi spot welding

– Electrical cascade with up to 12 transformers
– Pneumatic cascade with up to 6 welding cylinders
– 2-Phase direct and alternating current
– 3-Phase direct current
– Parallel welding with 3 capacities
– Operating modes: – Single spot, series spot, seam, seam with 3 different currents
In the process of development already existing welding controllers as well as construction and operating elements, that have proved their usefulness in practice, have deliberately been taken into consideration.

Optimal adaptation:
– Measurement of primary or secondary current (also DC), electrode voltage,
distance, pressure, force, component inspection and record the sink of electrode
